What is an insert?

Inserts are the part of the box that is put into the box to hold a certain USB type. 

While you cannot order an insert or choose the insert type, it is automatically ordered by the system when you choose your USB type. 

If you order a box without a USB you will receive a plain insert that does not have a USB slot in it.
