You can not do this through the product creator (TED), however you can order whatever options you want from the "Matted/Mounted Prints" page. This can be found in the "Products" dropdown.

Can I mix mat colors?
We do not recommend mixing mat colors in the same box as there is a chance the ink may transfer from the darker mats to the lighter ones over time or during transport.
