Delivery Information

We are based in Dublin, Ireland and we ship worldwide. We use a courier service so all deliveries are fully traceable.

LEAD TIMES

Unbranded Orders

Please allow 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Branded Orders, Studio Samples or Print Orders

Please allow 12 working days from receipt and approval of your artwork.

Express Service

If you need your order in a hurry, we do offer an Express Service for an additional charge. Please allow up to 6 working days from receipt and approval of your artwork for our Express Service. Simply choose this option at the checkout.

NOTE: While we aim to deliver within the stated lead times, some delays can occur due to geographical location and local depots which unfortunately are completely out of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Rep. of Ireland: All orders will be charged a contribution of €7.50 + VAT for delivery regardless of order size.

Northern Ireland: All orders will be charged a contribution of £7.50 + VAT for delivery regardless of order size.

Mainland UK: All orders will be charged a contribution of £10 + VAT for delivery regardless of order size.

EU Countries: All orders will be charged a contribution of €25 + VAT for delivery regardless of order size.

USA: All orders will be charged a contribution of $25 for delivery regardless of order size.

Canada: All orders will be charged a contribution of CA$35 for delivery regardless of order size.

All Other Countries: Shipping charges will depend on the weight and volume of the goods. It will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

DUTIES & TAXES

Rep. of Ireland: VAT will be charged at the current Irish rate of 23%

Northern Ireland: VAT will be charged at the current UK rate of 20%

Mainland UK: VAT will be charged at the current UK rate of 20%.
You will NOT have to pay import or customs duties as a result of Brexit. Under no circumstances should you be asked for any payments by the courier for your delivery. Any requests for such payments should be referred immediately to Client Happiness by email at ch@3xmsolution.com

EU Countries: VAT will be charged at the current Irish rate of 23% unless you have a valid EU VAT Number in which case you will not be charged VAT.

USA

All order shipped to the USA are Duty Paid 

Under no circumstances should you be asked for any payments by the courier for your delivery. Any requests for such payments should be referred immediately to Client Happiness by email at ch@3xmsolution.com

Canada 

Please note that GST & PST are due on shipments to Canada in line with the table below, these taxes are collected from you in the cart and we then ship the order to you duty paid , so no charges are payable on receipt of the goods.
